Drinking water and hairloss - September 11th, 2009

Your hair is composed with 18 different kinds of amino acids. If you want to provide good nutrients for your hair, you have to eat foods that contain the amino acids you need, such as black beans, milk and eggs. If you sleep well and have peaceful mind, it prevents the hair loss and especially if you have too much stress causing hair loss, you need at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day. If you want to strengthen your scalp, you can massage it using two finger tips. Massaging can make the blood circulate better and provide the nutrients that are needed for the hairs and prevent hair loss especially if you have dry hair and have only few hairs.

When you have water deficiency, it slows down the metabolism and accumulates the wastes in the body so you should drink about 2 liters of water a day. An expert recommended drinking about 1g of water per minute. But it is not good to drink too much water at once. Drinking coffee is also good for you but the sweet taste in the sugar makes the skin loose on your scalp and makes the hair fall out. Don’t put too much sugar in the coffee if you want to prevent hair loss.
